NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER GEORGIA, BIBB COUNTY By virtue of a Power of Sale contained in that certain Security Deed from OPTION REAL ESTATE, LLC, to BRIDGEWELL CAPITAL, LLC, dated February 19, 2016, recorded in Deed Book 9635, Page 361, Bibb County, Georgia Records, as most recently assigned to THE DOMINIC V.
