CDBG Reprogram $100,000.00 from Infrastructure/Facilities - CDBG Program Year 2019 Unused Funds Reprogram $10,880.00 from Macon Volunteer Clinic, Inc. CDBG Reprogram $38,000.00 from Macon-Bibb Economic Opportunity Council, Inc. CDBG Proposed Allocation/Budget Adjustment Proposed funding for reprogrammed funds from PY2018 and PY2019 as follows: Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Heart of GA, Inc. To RSVP contact 478-751-7190. The purpose of the comment period is to invite citizens to review and comment on the plan to reprogram funds prior to finalizing the reprogramming of funds. If a substantial change occurs in the funding during the reprogramming process, an additional comment period will be required. The current definition of substantial change is the addition or deletion of projects and/or a decrease or increase of funding by more than 20%.
