NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER, BIBB COUNTY Pursuant to the Power of Sale contained in a Security Deed given by Yvonne I Hudson a/k/a Jeris Yvonne Irving to Branch Banking and Trust Company dated 10/25/2007 and recorded in Deed Book 7706 Page 174 Bibb County, Georgia records; as last transferred to or acquired by BRANCH BANKING & TRUST COMPANY , conveying the after-described property to secure a Note in the original principal amount of $26,000.00, with interest at the rate specified therein, there will be sold by the undersigned at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the Courthouse door of Bibb County, Georgia (or such other area as designated by Order of the Superior Court of said county), within the legal hours of sale on December 3, 2019 (being the first Tuesday of said month unless said date falls on a Federal Holiday, in which case being the first Wednesday of said month), the following described property: The specific legal description of the Property per the Survey is as follows: All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in the City of Macon-Bibb County, Georgia, being a portion of Lot One, Block 18 of the North Western Range according to the Map of City of Macon, Bibb County, Georgia, Dated 1901, by C. A. Caldwell, C.E. and on file in the Macon-Bibb County Engineer's Office, and being more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the intersection of the Easterly Right of Way Line of College Street and the Northerly Right of Way line of Riverside Drive as presently established, thence along said Right of Way line of Riverside Drive S66°29'05"E, a distance of 240.90 feet to the intersection of said Right of Way line with the Northerly Right of Way line of Jones Street; Thence along said Right of Way line of Jones Street S75°14'02"E, a distance of 0.96 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING for the herein described parcel of land; Thence leaving said right of way line N18°03'54"E, a distance of 146.06 feet to the Southerly Right of Way line of Jones Street Lane (a.k.a. The debt secured by said Security Deed has been and is hereby declared due because of, among other possible events of default, failure to pay the indebtedness as and when due and in the manner provided in the Note and Security Deed.
