Notice of Sale Under Power Bibb County, Georgia Under and by virtue of the Power of Sale contained in that certain Georgia Security Deed and Security Agreement given by South Standard Development Corporation ("Grantor") to Branch Banking and Trust Company ("Lender") dated July 16, 2014 and recorded August 7, 2014 in Deed Book 9298, Page 4, Bibb County, Georgia official records (together with any and all amendments or modifications, hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Security Deed"), conveying the property described below to secure repayment of that certain Modification, Restatement and Renewal of Note dated January 24, 2011 made payable by Grantor to the order of Lender, as last modified by that certain Note Modification Agreement dated July 16, 2014 in the stated principal amount of $162,849.84, together with interest thereon as set forth therein (together with any and all prior notes, amendments or modifications, hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Secured Indebtedness"), there will be sold at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the Courthouse door of Bibb County, Georgia (or at such other location as may be lawfully designated in Bibb County for conducting sheriff's sales and/or public foreclosure sales), within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in August 2019 (being August 6, 2019) the following described property located in Bibb County, Georgia, together with all improvements, personal property, fixtures, easements, hereditaments, rights, members, and appurtenances located thereon and described in the Security Deed (collectively, the "Property"): TRACT 1: All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in Land Lot 71 of the Fourth Land District of Bibb County, Georgia and being more particularly known and designated as follows: Beginning at a point on the easterly right-of-way line of Raley Road where the same is intersected by the southerly line of Tract B according to a plat of record in Plat Book 79, Page 123, Clerk's Office of Bibb Superior Court; thence in a northerly direction along Raley Road a distance of 100 feet to a point; thence extending back in an easterly direction at right angles with even width for a distance of 200 feet. It is intended by this description to include a lot fronting 100 feet on the easterly side of Raley Road and extending back with even width a distance of 200 feet along the southerly lot line of Tract B1 as referred to above. As the Secured Indebtedness remains in default, the sale will be made for purposes of paying the same and all expenses of this sale, as provided in the Security Deed and by law, including attorneys' fees (written notice of intent to collect attorneys' fees having been given).
