NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER GEORGIA, BIBB COUNTY By virtue of the Power of Sale contained in that certain Security Deed given from Dinah M. Jenkins to Fairfield Financial Associates of Macon, dated 12/31/1993, recorded 01/03/1994 in Deed Book 2442, Page 164, Bibb County, Georgia records, and as last assigned to Regions Bank d/b/a Regions Mortgage by virtue of assignment recorded in Bibb County, Georgia records, said Security Deed having been given to secure a Note of even date in the principal amount of FORTY-NINE THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED FIFTY-FIVE AND 00/100 DOLLARS ($49,455.00), with interest thereon as provided for therein, there will be sold at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the courthouse door of Bibb County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in December 2019 by Regions Bank d/b/a Regions Mortgage, as Attorney in Fact for Dinah M.
