Notice of Sale Under Power. State of Georgia, County of BIBB. Under and by virtue of the Power of Sale contained in a Deed to Secure Debt given by DEBORAH BROWN to ARGENT MORTGAGE COMPANY, LLC , dated 12/18/2003, and Recorded on 12/23/2003 as Book No. 6045 and Page No. 112 131, BIBB County, Georgia records, as last assigned to JPMC SPECIALTY MORTGAGE, LLC F/K/A WM SPECIALTY MORTGAGE, LLC (the Secured Creditor), by assignment, conveying the after described property to secure a Note of even date in the original principal amount of $171,540.00, with interest at the rate specified therein, there will be sold by the undersigned at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash at the BIBB County Courthouse within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in December, 2019, the following described property: ALL THAT TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN BIBB COUNTY, GEORGIA, BEING SHOWN AS LOT 2, OVERLOOK PARK SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO A PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 89, PAGE 130, CLERK'S OFFICE, BIBB SUPERIOR COURT.
