STATE OF GEORGIA COUNTY OF BIBB NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER Because of a default under the terms of the Security Deed executed by Fritz W. Rethemeyer, II to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as grantee, as nominee for Homeward Residential Inc., its successors and assigns dated March 1, 2013, and recorded in Deed Book 8950, Page 246, as last modified in Deed Book 10130, Page 214, Bibb County Records, said Security Deed having been last sold, assigned, transferred and conveyed to Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. securing a Note in the original principal amount of $73,150.00, the holder thereof pursuant to said Deed and Note thereby secured has declared the entire amount of said indebtedness due and payable and, pursuant to the power of sale contained in said Deed, will on the first Tuesday, October 1, 2019, during the legal hours of sale, before the Courthouse door in said County, sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, the property described in said Deed, to-wit: All that tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in the 13th Land District or Bibb County, Georgia, in the City of Macon, and being known and distinguished as Lot No. 94 of Hickory Ridge Subdivision - Section 2, more particularly described according to plat of record in Plat Book 39, Page 181, Clerk's Office, Bibb Superior Court, which said plat is by this reference thereto incorporated herein for the purpose of a more particular and accurate description of said Lot No. 94 hereby conveyed.
