STATE OF GEORGIA COUNTY OF Bibb NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER Pursuant to the power of sale contained in the Security Deed executed by KELVIN STEPHENS to CENTEX HOME EQUITY CORPORATION in the original principal amount of $44,800.00 dated July 19, 2001 and recorded in Deed Book 5018, Page 245, Bibb County records, said Security Deed being last transferred to THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO JP MORGAN CHASE BANK N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR NATIONSTAR HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST 2006-B in Deed Book 9857, Page 148, Bibb County records, the undersigned will sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, before the Courthouse door in said County, or at such other place as lawfully designated, within the legal hours of sale, on November 05, 2019, the property in said Security Deed and described as follows: ALL THAT TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND LYING AND BEING IN THE EAST MACON DISTRICT OF BIBB COUNTY, GEORGIA AND BEING KNOWN AND DESIGNATED AS LOT 7 IN A SUBDIVISION OF LAND LOT 90 OF SAID DISTRICT, LYING ON THE SOUTHWESTERN SIDE OF THE MACON-JEFFERSONVILLE PUBLIC ROAD, ACCORDING TO A PLAT MADE BY J.T. MINOR IN OCTOBER 1925, SAID LOT FRONTING ON THE NORTHEAST ON THE MACON-JEFFERSONVILLE PUBLIC ROAD 104 FEET; AND EXTENDING BACK WITH UNIFORM WIDTH 421 FEET ON ITS NORTHWESTERN SIDE AND 417 FEET ON ITS NORTHEASTERN SIDE, AS MORE FULLY APPEARS BY REFERENCE TO SAID SUBDIVISION PLAT. The debt secured by said Security Deed has been and is hereby declared due and payable because of, among other possible events of default, failure to pay the indebtedness as provided for in the Note and said Security Deed.
