STATE OF GEORGIA COUNTY OF MACON-BIBB NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE There will be sold on the first Tuesday in August, 2019, before the courthouse door in Macon-Bibb County, Georgia, during the legal hours of sale, to the highest bidder for cash, the following described property, to-wit: All that tract of land, together with improvements located thereon, being in Macon-Bibb County, Georgia, known as being in Land Lot 91, Macon Reserve East, containing 1.54 acres as shown on plat Book 90, page 214 Clerk=s Office Macon-Bibb Superior Court. The property is more fully described in Deed Book 5358 Page 140, said clerk's office. The property is commonly known as 3401 and 3371 Ocmulgee East Blvd, Macon-Bibb County, Georgia. This sale will be made under the Power of Sale contained in a deed to secure debt in favor of The Dell D. Gledhill Family, LLLP, dated June 6, 2002 from Vickers Transmission, LLC and Alexander W. Vickers, IV, recorded in Deed Book 5358, Page 140, Clerk's Office, Macon-Bibb County Superior Court. Said deed secures a note payable in monthly installments. Default has occurred in the payment, and the power of sale in said deed to secure debt has become operative. A copy of the notice of sale is being given to debtor as required by O.C.G.A.
